Cellist Robert Nicholson has performed in Europe, Asia, and North America. He lives in Cleveland and is on the faculty at the Cleveland Music Settlement. He holds degrees from Peabody Conservatory and the Orchestral Performance Program at Manhattan School of Music. He is a member of the Erie Philharmonic and Ohio Valley Symphony, and can be heard as principal cello on the Ohio Philharmonic’s recording of Greig’s Holberg Suite and Piano Concerto, and Ravel’s Tombeau de Couperin.
