The biblical principles of God's love for all people, and the command for all people to act in love for God and one another, are straight-forward and clear. If everyone treated others according to these principles with love and compassion, all would be well.
Obviously, not everyone is going to do so. The human condition is one of brokenness. But we can strive to be as faithful to biblical teachings as possible, and treat everyone we encounter with love and grace, even at our own peril as Jesus did. And when we do, we make the world a better place for ourselves and everyone else.
We can make a huge tangible difference in the world if we always choose to act and treat others with love.
