There will always be problems and things that need fixing and improvement. It is my experience that the best way to fix things is not to criticize what is wrong but to focus on what is right. Whatever we focus on is magnified. If we focus on what is wrong, it becomes an even bigger problem. If we focus on what is right, it increases more and more. Gratitude attracts more of the good.
Praise fills us and everyone around us with joy. There is much to praise and for which to be grateful in our country, in each person's life, and in each other. Let us heed the sentiment of the last words of the Psalms and praise the Lord for whatever is good and right.
