A grateful heart is a happy heart. A heart of faith is a healing heart. Even when we are suffering, we can be thankful for blessings. It can be very hard to focus on positive things when we don't feel well or things are going wrong. But doing so reminds us of God's presence with us and the wonderful things in life. Let us think about everything we have and look for beauty everywhere. Thank you God for your beautiful world!

You who know our fears and sadness, grace us with your peace and gladness; Spirit of all comfort, fill our hearts.
